The first step in this journey is a one-on-one session with one of our coaches. At this meeting, we will go over your health profile, take an initial reading from our full body Composition Analyzer. We want to get to know you – your habits, your triggers, what your goals are and shape the program to meet your needs.
Develop A Plan For U
Once you decide to start your journey with Better U, you will sit down with our consultant to build a daily meal plan for you, how to integrate this plan into your daily schedule and provide some tips and tricks to make this process a success.
Each week, you return to our office to get an updated full body composition scale report. You meet with our support team to review your weekly results, food journal and highlights/lowlights of the week. Our staff will educate you on the nutrition, show you ways to fight food cravings and reduce stress.
Reach Your Goal!
Celebrate! You reached your goal and our first priority is complete. You reached your ideal weight, lost body fat and the decrease in fat percentage improved your overall health. Now you learned how to lose weight and keep it off.
In the maintenance phase, Better U will be there for you. You will be provided guidance on how to maintain your weight loss, opportunity to buy ongoing meals and of course, always stop in to take advantage of our body composition analyzer to ensure you are successful utilizing the guiding principles you have learned.
