• ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 1/8 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 pound pork tenderloin
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag.  Add pork tenderloin and squeeze to remove excess air from the bag.  Marinate pork at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally to ensure all meat is coated in the marinate.  Heat up a medium size skillet, and sear roast on each side for a few minutes.  Then transfer to oven baking at 400 for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
