As you have probably heard by now, I want to lose last 20 pounds on my own journey. I started today. I prepared by buying vegetables and cutting them on Sunday. I purchased my protein for the week as well. Today I came to work with my healthy fats, protein, and water ready to go. I prefer to have healthy fats throughout the day because I find that I stay full longer. I have always been a person to snack. One of my tricks is to put 24 olives in a bag and snack on them throughout the day. That way when I crave a snack, I am reaching for something on the system. I am excited to work hard every day.
