Initial Consultation

The first step in your journey is a discussion with one of our coaches. During this meeting, we will go over your health profile, take an initial reading from our full-body Composition Analyzer. We really get to know you – your habits, your triggers, your goals – then we shape the program to meet your needs.

Develop A Plan For U

Once you embark on the Better U journey, a coach builds a daily meal plan for you, and instruct you on how to integrate this plan into your daily schedule. You also receive value tips to increase your success factors.

Weekly Check-Ins

Each week, a visit to our office results in an updated full-body composition scale report. Our coaches review your weekly results, food journal, and highs or lows of your week. A continued  education process ensues, learning nutrition,  ways to fight food cravings, and stress reduction.

Reach Your Goal!

Celebrate! Hitting your goals is complete! Reaching your ideal weight, lost body fat, and the decrease in fat percentage, you gained the knowledge of how to lose weight and keep it off. How terrific is that?

Maintain It

In the maintenance phase, Better U is there for you, providing guidance on how to maintain your weight loss, give you the opportunity to buy ongoing meals, and check your maintenance with the Body Composition Analyzer. This ensure you are successfully utilizing the guiding principles you learned through your journey with us.
